What should you have ready when you call?

• The address of the property and whether it is a house, a rowhouse or a multi-family building.
• Where you see the damage or stain, and how long it has been there.
• Whether it leaks in every rain, only in wind-driven rain, or after snow melt.
• The roof type if you know it (shingle, flat, or both) and its approximate age.
• Photos of the damage, if you can take them safely from inside or from the ground.

What happens after you call?

We ask a few questions about what you're seeing and, if it's active, talk you through protecting the inside of the house. Then we arrange a roof inspection. After the inspection you get a repair estimate that matches what was found. If work is approved, the repair is scheduled, and emergencies are prioritized.
